AC/DC Singer Brian Johnson On New Album - "The New Music Is Absolutely Excellent"; Audio Interview Available

AC/DC singer Brian Johnson spoke to Washington, D.C.'s DC/101 recently about the movie Totally Baked which he executive produced and wrote three songs for (read more here). He also talked the band's anxiously-anticipated new album, due out via Sony BMG later this year.
"We've been in Vancouver for the past seven weeks," Johnson revealed. "(The new music) is absolutely excellent. We have BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's producer Brendan O'Brien and he's an absolute gem that kid. We just finished it the other day - actually I'm finished. Malcolm (Young) and Angus (Young) are still up there with the engineer Mike Fraser and they are just mixing down the tracks now. After that they've got to get the artwork together and all the publicity stuff. It shouldn't be too long. I'm really excited about it - we have some real music on it."As for a tour Johnson adds: "Well, if our little old legs and joints can do it - we're gettin' old! We're not the spring chickens we were. So we'll have to do a lot of exercising and eat lots of healthy food and keep off the pot!"
