CHRIS CAFFERY Checks In From The Studio, Live Schedule Updated

SAVATAGE / TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA guitarist Chris Caffery has issued the following update:
"Hi all!Things are going well here in studio land. I am finished with my main rhythm guitars and lead vocals on all but two songs. I have done a bunch of background vocals as well. I started to get into guitar solos but will do more of that starting next week. I'm planning the lead vocals by the weekend and then I am disappearing until the middle of next week! I need a break.
Things sound cool so far. Very excited about the new songs. I have tweaked all the lyrics and arrangements. Things should be right on schedule for the recording of the drums in early June and mixing following closely.
I added one date in September, the info is on the calendar. I am looking into some weekend runs towards the end of Summer. I do plan on taking a little time off before TSO rehearsals. I believe those start up in the second week of October. I will be heading to Florida to record some guitars for the TSO Nightcastle CD sometime in the near future. I am also planning on heading to Sweden sometime in July to write some new material with Jordi Sandalinas for the next SANDALINAS CD.
Enjoy your Holiday weekend and drive safe and try to slow down a little. May sound silly but 10 MPH can save you 5 MPG...we can try to take a bite out of the gas demand...plus it can save you a few bucks as well!"
