SOTHIS Seek Bass Player

Los Angeles' symphonic black metal band SOTHIS is seeking a professional level bassist between the ages of 25 - 35 to complete their lineup. The successful applicant must have talent, appropriate image, transportation and be able to tour. Bass gear and relocation assistance are available.

As previously reported, BW&BK; heralded Sothis' four song self-titled demo as the # 1 independent release of 2005. Earlier this year, the band inked a deal with Candlelight Records. Since then, Sothis has completed their much-anticipated debut full-length album entitled De Oppresso Liber. The album transcends their demo by leaps and bounds in their performance, production and songwriting. The album was tracked in Los Angeles and then mixed in Varberg, Sweden by Andy LaRocque of KING DIAMOND fame at his Sonic Train Studios. An exact release date will be announced shortly.
