BURST Complete Work On New Album

BURST have completed work on their forthcoming new album, entitled Origo. The follow up to the band's 2003 release, Prey on Life, Origo was recorded at Gothenburg's Music-a-matic studios with producer/engineer Fredrik Reinedahl (Burst, IN FLAMES, CROWPATH) and Henrik Lipp. Origo will see release dates of October 17th in the UK and October 24th in the rest of Europe. An early 2006 U.S. release date is expected. The final track listing for Origo is 'Where the Wave Broke', 'Sever', 'The Immateria', 'Slave Emotion', 'Flight´s End', 'Homebound', 'It Comes into View', 'Stormwielder' and 'Mercy Liberation'. Immediately following the album's release, the band will launch a UK headlining tour that will kick off on October 24th in Manchester. The band graduates to headlining status following successful UK support dates for labelmates MASTODON and THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN.
