ORIGIN’s John Longstreth Featured On The Cover Of Sick Drummer Magazine’s Debut Issue

ORIGIN drummer John Longstreth will be the featured cover artist on the first cover of the newest digital drumming magazine, Sick Drummer Magazine. Longstreth’s cover feature, which debuts July 1st and can be previewed on the left, includes an exclusive interview and a full set video focusing on Longstreth’s movements and techniques during a recent live performance. This premiere issue of Sick Drummer Magazine will also include an interview and exclusive in-studio footage with Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE) conducted during his time recording the new MISERY INDEX album. Other interviews include Romain Goulon and Tommy Buckley, with columns by Charlie Zeleny, Sean Reinert, and Chris Pennie.

Sick Drummer Magazine, from the founders of Grind Stix and Sickdrummer.com, will also feature regular column contributions from world-renowned percussionists Derek Roddy, Sean Reinert, Charlie Zeleny, Chris Pennie, John Merryman, Steve Asheim, Tom Ales, George Kollias, Franck Camus, Bobby Jarzombek, Dave Culross, Adam Jarvis, Elliot Hoffman, Tim Yeung, Duane Timlin, Eric Park, Gus Rios and more. The magazine will also include contributions from professional recording engineers on drum preparation for live and studio work.

Origin are currently amidst a headlining tour of Europe in support of their new album Antithesis. A listing of dates and cities can be found below.
