DEF LEPPARD's Joe Elliott (vocals) and Phil Collen (guitar) held a press conference yesterday (Friday, June 6th) prior to their performance at the Sweden Rock Festival in Sölvesborg, Sweden. View the nine-minute plus clip below.
Def Leppard are touring in support of their new album, Songs From The Sparkle Lounge. The band will be playing in almost 20 European countries (including some where they have never been before) over the next two months.
For the third leg of the tour (North America), all support acts/guests have now been finalized. During the 16-date leg, there will be no less than five acts opening for Def Leppard: JOAN JETT AND THE BLACKHEARTS (July 30 - Aug 3), BILLY IDOL (Aug 6-15 and Aug 17-21), EVERCLEAR (Aug 16) and STYX/REO SPEEDWAGON (Aug 23). The final date of this leg is billed as "an evening with Def Leppard."
