DESTRUCTION Mainman To Guest On German TV This Weekend

DESTRUCTION singer Schmier will be a guest in the German TV show Nachtcafe (SWR channel). He will talk with guests like: the famous german comedian Bernhard Hoecker, Marc Bator, Kurt Molzer (chief editor of Penthouse) and the top German model Johannes Huebl.

The new Destruction album D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. will be in stores on August 22nd via AFM. It will be available in three different formats: standard CD, digipak and two-LP.
Destruction frontman Schmier recently offered BW&BK; some details on the new album.
“There will be ten tracks. Each letter is the first letter in a song title. D, ‘Devolution’, E is for ‘Elevator To Hell’… That’s why there are dots between them.” See the entire tracklisting revealed below. “In addition to that, there’s more experimentation. Some progressive parts and some catchy… well, not catchy in a melodic way, but the hooks really grab your ass. We asked some of our favorite guitarists to make special appearances too.”It’s been previously reported that guitarist Vinnie Moore (UFO) will be involved. “Yes,” reconfirms the excited bassist. “That first VICIOUS RUMORS record he plays on. We sent him some stuff and he said, ‘Wow, I never played on something so heavy. You guys are crazy.’ It’s great to know that someone like that can enjoy thrash metal. We laid down a killer riff on the title cut.”
