BRUTAL TRUTH Confirm Last-Minute German Live Date; New Album To Be Recorded In The Fall
June 26, 2008, 16 years ago
Reunited seminal grindcore/extreme metal outfit BRUTAL TRUTH have announced a last minute European tour date: July 5th in Offenburg, Germany at Kessel.
Frontman Kevin Sharp checks in: "To say my brains have had enough is an understatement… the Serbian Castle fest was cancelled due to social unrest, which being a dad, I'd rather not be in a boiling pot. I understand it was simple economics, but that was a bummer. Brutal Truth had never been there and I was looking forward to meeting and grinding new places and faces. At any rate – that tossed the whole tour into chaos. So if you are in Europe and you were planning to come to any of the shows, please check the last flyer. I apologize in advance if any planned trips or gigs that were shuffled around. This is the nature of festival season and the economy. So, we will be playing a ton of new songs which are going really well. The new album is still scheduled to
be recorded in the fall and it will deliver… all killer no filler. So bring it on - it's time to grind."
