TWISTED SISTER bassist Mark "The Animal" Mendoza has sent BW&BK; the following update from the Monsters Of Rock Festival - Feria de Muestras, Zaragoza, Spain:

"Tonight's show cancelled half way through. Bands played all day, then THIN LIZZY, TED NUGENT - at the end of Ted's set the sky opened up. The wind, rain and hail tore up the stage and scaffolding, people got injured from the debris, what a mess. DEEP PURPLE was supposed to play after Ted, their equipment was set up, they lost most of it. We were scheduled after DP. We got out ok. We know the promoter well. We will play for her another time."
