The 2008 edition of Munich Deathfest is scheduled for November 8th in Munich, Germany.

Organizers have issued the following update:

"JACK SLATER, SYMBIONTIC and EXPOSED GUTS are added to this year's Munich Deathfest.

Exposed Guts is a German death metal band that was started back in 1997 and gained excellent reputation in the worldwide underground. After various demos the band's first album The Way Of All Flesh was released in 2003 and a lot of killer shows followed. When main songwriter and bandleader Markus Lempsch moved to Munich and joined the tech death metal band OBSCURA, EXPOSED GUTS was put on hold for a while, but will be back with a vengeance in 2008!

Jack Slater doesn't only blow minds in the studio, they are one of the most active German underground metal bands and don't miss a chance to enter the stage and present their music to the sick metal crowd in Germany and every country they are invited to. For the future Jack Slater will concentrate on crossing german borders even more often and show to whole Europe what their art of music is all about. Now that they have a potent record label in their back, even more metalheads in Germany, Europe and the World will be able to experience the brutal complex technical death metal Jack Slater has to offer - be prepared!
