Finland's BATTLELORE have announced European and UK tour dates with KORPIKLAANI And KIVIMETSÄN DRUIDI. The Finnish Fire tour is set for November, with more dates due to be announced soon. The schedule is currently as follows:

"Battlelore’s fifth full length album, titled The Last Alliance is finally finished and ready to be presented to the public! The album consists of big, epic and atmospheric songs full of feeling and raging battles, taking you to an unforgettable journey through Middle-earth! As before, there will be a jewel case CD and a digipack with something extra. This time the digipack will include a DVD featuring the energetic live show at Metal Female Voices Festival in Wieze, Belgium 2007.The track list for “The Last Alliance” is as follows: 'Third Immortal', 'Exile The Daystar', 'The Great Gathering', 'Guardians', 'The Voice Of The Fallen', 'Daughter Of The Sun', 'Green Dragon', 'Awakening', 'Epic Dreams', 'Moontower', 'The Star Of High Hope'.

The Last Alliance was recorded at Sound Supreme Studios in Hämeenlinna, Finland, with the ingenious producer Janne Saksa, and mixed and mastered by the legendary Dan Swanö at Unisound Studios, Sweden. Some words from Dan: “Fuck yeah!!! Let’s make history!!!”, “mixing your stuff is like mixing 156 death metal albums at the same time”, “I believe it to be fantastic. It’s a killer record!”.
