Report: Shortage Of Beer Doesn't Deter 20,000 IRON MAIDEN Fans In Croatia

Nearly all of the tickets for IRON MAIDEN’s concert sold out at a price of 250 kuna. The ambulance had a lot of work to do after 11pm with ten interventions because of excess alcohol consumption. This is no surprise considering the news that by 7pm, there was a sudden shortage of beer in all of Split’s kiosks.
The organizers of the event thought of all of those that turned up with no tickets by releasing an additional 500 tickets a few hours before the concert. “Rivers” of people and cars from all over Croatia and the EU arrived at the venue in the early afternoon. They could all hardly wait for the day to come that their idols arrive at Hajduk’s stadium. Not even the long and hard journey from Lovran bothered a group of young fans that decorated their van with flags and scarves of their metal heroes.
