FREDDIE MERCURY's Black And White Birthday Party – September 4th 2008; Hard Rock Cafe, Lisbon, Portugal
A party that will evoke the famous Munich Black & White Party - the one that took place on the occasion of Freddie Mercury's 39th birthday, in 1985! The spirit of that unforgettable party will unite the Portuguese Queen fans on the 4th September 2008 (Thursday), as the "Keep Queen Alive - Portuguese Queen Fan Club", which is represented by more than 700 fans, will remember Freddie's birthday in Lisbon's Hard Rock Cafe.
Dozens of fans are expected to pay homage to their idol. The event will start at 8 PM with the public display of Queen's memorable performance in Rock In Rio '85. The Portuguese Queen Tribute band, ONE VISION, will also perform their high quality show with a special set list
An exhibition of rare LP's, newspaper cuts and Queen Memorabilia will take place all day at Hard Rock Cafe's entrance hall. Everyone is welcome – and the entrance is free!
