September 20, 2008, 16 years ago
According to Pyromusic.net, due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled PSYCROPTIC show scheduled for Darwin (connecting Australia) on Friday 17th has been postponed. Soundworks Touring and Psycroptic "would like to apologise to any disappointed fans but can assure you the show will happen and be rescheduled for early 2009."
Guitarist Dave Haley comments:
"Everything was done by our management team and ourselves to ensure that this show would go ahead. As an extreme metal band, to say that were majorly excited to be playing in Darwin, not just for the first time but at all, would be a massive understatement, definitely something we never thought would happen. Psycroptic has always been as loyal to its fans as they are to it and we will make this up to our Darwin fans as soon as possible.. thank you for your understanding"Psycroptic, have uploaded another track to their MySpace page. The song is the title track of their upcoming album, Ob(Servant), the band’s first album for Nuclear Blast Records and fourth overall.
Ob(Servant) will be released on October 14th in North America.
Ob(Servant) was mixed and mastered by former MACHINE HEAD and SOULFLY guitarist Logan Mader (DIVINE HERESY, GOJIRA) and recorded once again by guitarist Joe Haley.
