According to JRock Revolution, at a recent press conference in Tokyo X JAPAN drummer Yoshiki revealed that some of the band's music will be featured in the Japanese edition of the Rock Band 2 video game. More details with regards to songs will be revealed soon.

In addition, Yoshiki has written a new song for X Japan as a follow-up to 'I.V.', which was released earlier this year. Yoshiki is quoted as saying "it's more heavy and violent than previous songs, as he noticed that Toshi could sing in a really raw and violent way. Speaking frankly, Yoshiki said he didn't know how Toshi would do with 'I.V.'."

As previously reported, X Japan's tour schedule now includes a show in Hong Kong on January 17th at the Asia World Expo. They will now play Taipei, Taiwan on February 14th.

The band will play Paris, France on November 22nd at Palais Omnisports Paris Bercy. A date for Germany is in planning, and the postponed New York City show at Madison Square Garden will be rescheduled soon.

According to Yoshiki the band will be bringing the same stage set they used for their Japanese reunion shows in March on the road.
