Former DEEP PURPLE Bassist Nick Simper's Mk1 Tribute Shows In Austria, Germany Cancelled

According to the DEEP PURPLE Appreciation Society, former DEEP PURPLE bassist Nick Simper was due to play three Mk1 tribute shows in Austria and Germany during November with Austrian rock band NASTY HABITS. Sadly all three have been cancelled. Nasty Habits drummer Peter Brkusic reports that Nick has "very serious reasons" for the cancellations, and hopes that the shows can be rescheduled for spring 2009.
