According to Get Thrashed: The Story Of Thrash Metal director Rick Ernst and associate producer/ex-OVERKILL drummer Rat Skates, "Metal Hammer UK recently reviewed Get Thrashed, giving it an 8 out of 10. By comparison, the new DRAGONFORCE CD received a 7, the new FIGHT DVD received a 5, the new GOD FORBID DVD received a 7, the new ICED EARTH CD received an 8.
Also, check out a review by the Dutch website Lords of Metal at this location where the film received an 89 out of 100 and says: 'Includes a stunning soundtrack with both classic tracks as well as new ones and you have the definite DVD about thrash metal.'"
