THIN LIZZY is currently on the road in Europe - guitar legend Scott Gorham has issued the following road report:

"This is another part of the world Thin Lizzy has never been to before. And to be honest, thought we'd never get to. With it being part of the 'Former Yugoslavia' in the '70s and '80s there's was never any chance for us to go. So here we are in 2008, and the big question now is 'Has anyone here even heard of Thin Lizzy, did any of our albums get released here and will they know any of the songs?'"

The Gig - Dom Sindikata

"Sitting backstage we can't hear any audience noise. NOT GOOD! Starting to feel a bit on the anxious side.

Two minutes before showtime and we're all standing in the wings waiting to go on, still no audience noise. We're all looking at each other and thinking 'NOT GOOD'.

But then the lights go down, the sirens hit, and so does the audience. Right from when the first chord struck the audience are up and noisy and we're making a ton of new friends and having a great time. The audience were very forgiving to us also as there were two major mistakes committed last night that we can only put down to heavy doses of jet-lag. So thank you Belgrade for letting us 'get away' with those. We know it's live, but damn we hate mistakes of any kind.

Easily the biggest bummer of our trip to Serbia was the time factor. I think we were only there for maybe 12 hours and it was back on the bus. Very disappointing. This is a country that you know is steeped in history that made you want to get to know the people and culture better. So the time factor was a real shame. Hopefully the next time we can put that right.

Thanks Belgrade, you were great!!"
