Former DEEP PURPLE Guitar Legend Ritchie Blackmore Ties The Knot; Photos Available

As previously reported, BLACKMORE'S NIGHT guitar legend Ritchie Blackmore (ex-DEEP PURPLE, RAINBOW) and his partner Candice Night tied the knot on October 5th at Castle On The Hudson (thirty minutes north of Manhattan, NY). Photos of the wedding have been posted at this location.
Night commented: "After 19 years together we finally decided to put a halt to our hectic schedules and take some time for us to say those magical vows. The ceremony was amazing, under an arch of willow wood entwined with crystals, monarch butterflies and white roses...the readings incorporated the beauty of nature and the timelessness of love. The programs brought attention to all the symbolism we put in to the surroundings and what each of the symbols meant to us... Then as a finale to the ceremony... we had a dove release! Doves mate for life...And as they took to the sky and found their way home, we walked back to the castle as man and wife with our new celestial themed wedding bands showing that love has no boundaries or limits. It was beautiful."
