ENGINE OF PAIN Seek New Singer

ENGINE OF PAIN, the heavy metal band from the South of the Netherlands signed to a worldwide record deal with Lion Music, are searching for a new singer to implement the release of their upcoming second album and also to promote that album after the release (interviews, gigs etc.). For the future a third album is also planned.
According to a press release, the songs for the second album are 90% finished but without any lyrics and vocal melodies. Think about a mixture of FORBIDDEN, FATES WARNING, ANNIHILATOR, IRON MAIDEN and NEVERMORE with heavy parts in between, lots of space for vocals and above all very melodic soloing.
The new style of music is somewhere in the region of two previous recorded promo songs which you can hear at the band's MySpace page where you also can find all info about the band.
Singer requirements: Applicants needn't have the same voice as the previous singer but the band are NOT looking for a shouter, grunter, screamer, gothic etc. Engine Of Pain are searching for a Heavy Metal singer who can sing melodic in addition to possessing a good range and power. The ability to write your own lyrics is also preferred. Engine Of Pain are not looking for a project singer but a new (enthusiastic) steady band member.
