AC/DC bass player Cliff Williams has sold his riverfront Gulf Harbour mansion in Fort Myers for the full asking price of $6,995,000.
Williams and his wife Georgeanne were squarely back in black on the sale, reports News-Press.com. They bought the 13,000-square-foot house five years ago from real estate tycoon Al Hoffman for $5.12 million.
They put the house on the market two months ago and sold it to David and Maria Schroeder, according to the Lee County Clerk of Court website, which posted the transaction today.
The Clerk of Court site put the sale at $6,095,000 but the Williams' real estate agent, Mike McMurray, said that's just for the house itself – it was listed and sold furnished for a total of $6.995.000.
McMurray and Chad Reedy, both of the McMurray & Nette team with Royal Shell Real Estate, handled the sale.
