ACCEPT Launch Primitivo Wine

Metal+Wine has just introduced the new Accept wine called Primitivo, with grapes that originare from Apulia, a region of Italy in Southern Italy bordering the Adriatic Sea in the east, the Ionian Sea to the southeast, and the Strait of Òtranto and Gulf of Taranto in the south.
A description reads: “An almost black wine, with a bouquet that we kidnapped an oriental bazaar. Dense and concentrated, while harmonious and velvety. On the palate, cherry with a little balsamic vinegar, behind Christmas spices (cinnamon, cloves), black pepper, raisins and dark forest fruits. The expansion takes place in French and Slovenian oak. Perfect with pasta with meat sauce, grilled meat or even simply ‘solo’ in front of the fireplace!”
