ACE FREHLEY Slams GENE SIMMONS And PAUL STANLEY For "Slanderous Remarks" In New Guitar World Magazine Interview

Original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley has taken to Facebook, slamming Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons for comments they reportedly made in an interview with Guitar World magazine regarding a possible reunion during the band's End Of The Road tour.

Simmons: "Ace and Peter (Criss) have gotten three chances. They were in and out of the band... fired... three times. For drugs, alcohol, bad behavior, being unprofessional … they weren't carrying their load. So the short answer to your question is we'd love to have Ace and Peter join us here and there. And if they don't, it's not going to be because of us. But they're never going to be in KISS again. Three times is the charm; 'I promise I'll pull out' doesn't work. It's the boy who cried wolf: 'Oh, I've been straight for a million years.' Terrific! Have a good life! Would we welcome Ace or Peter to jump up onstage for a song or two? Of course. Could we depend on either Ace or Peter to do a full set night after night? Not on your fucking life."

With that in mind, Frehley has posted the following response online:

KISS recently posted more video from the rehearsals for their upcoming End Of The Road World Tour. Check the clips out below.

"The stage is almost complete! Are you ready for the big reveal?"

The initial End Of The Road tour announcement was made at Halloween 2018 and featured a first set of dates, some of which sold out instantly.  The band then announced the second leg of the tour in North America starting this summer, produced by Live Nation, as well as new international markets being announced simultaneously. Tour itinerary detailed below. KISS will be offering VIP experiences and special KISS Army fan pre-sales.

KISS Meet & Greet Experiences are available through KISSOnline. Head here for more information. Tickets to the general public are on sale now at LiveNation.com.

Known for their trademark larger-than-life blistering performances, KISS has proven for decades why they are hands down the most iconic live show in rock n roll. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers who have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide have said this tour is devoted to the millions of KISS Army fans.

"All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who've filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years. This will be the ultimate celebration for those who've seen us and a last chance for those who haven't. KISS Army, we're saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we'll go out the same way we came in... Unapologetic and Unstoppable," said KISS.
