Aeterno Elementum - The Fantasy Rock Opera Prepares for January Show

After raising over $4,000 from their November IndieGoGo Fundraiser, Ara’Kus Productions is preparing for Aeterno Elementum’s January show at the Kirkland Performance Center by launching a new marketing campaign aimed at a broader demographic. While previous campaigns have emphasized the show’s heavy metal music and darker themes, this newest campaign will highlight Aeterno Elementum’s romantic storylines and fantasy setting with the hope of attracting fans of theater, fantasy and gaming.

When asked about the new marketing campaign, Ara'Kus producer Jeremiah Johnson commented, “Ara’Kus is two things.  First off, it’s heavy metal – this is undisputable.  Secondly, and just as importantly, it’s fantasy.  Almost all of us are gamers or geeks in some fashion and the stage show proudly displays that fact.  Our marketing to this point has emphasized the heavy metal portion of what we do almost exclusively.  I think this is leaving a huge number of people who would enjoy the show out in the cold because we haven’t been marketing the show to them.”

The objective of the campaign will be show potential audiences that even though the show’s music is heavy metal, it’s only a small part of a much larger experience. By appealing to traditional theater enthusiasts, fantasy role-players, and general gamer culture, this new campaign will help broaden Aeterno Elementum’s already burgeoning fan base and make it more easily accessible to those unfamiliar with the show.

Aeterno Elementum: The Fantasy Rock Opera will be at the Kirkland Performance Center on January 16th, 17th, 24th and 25th. For full details of the show and to purchase tickets visit this location.
