AHAB - New Album Confirmed For August Release; Artwork Revealed, Live Dates Announced

German nautical doomsters Ahab have checked in with the following update:
"We're happy to announce that we just finished the final mix of our upcoming album, due to be released late August 2015 via Napalm Records. Role of Die Tonmeisterei will master the CD versions of our new album soon. He already worked for great bands such as Long Distance Calling and Omega Massif.Olav Iversen of the mighty Sahg sang a cover song with us (available as a 7" vinyl single in a limited box of our new album. Pre-order starts soon.)

Find below the pencil scribble of our cover. Master Jerke explained:
'Here you see the pre-drawing. It was printed on Photo Rag paper – a bit more expensive, yes, but with this I didn't have to transfer the original to the paper. Afterwards I strung the paper on a wooden plate.'
Beside the drawing you see some inspiration for the lighting. The blue will be the first layer of the acrylic painting."
