ALESTORM To Perform In Russia – “We’ll Bring The Party, You Bring The Vodka”
July 15, 2015, 9 years ago
UK pirate metallers Alestorm will perform in the Russian cities St. Petersburg and Moscow on September 17 and 19 respectively.
The band comments: “In September we'll be sailing into St Petersburg and Moscow for two nights of ridiculous drunken debauchery in the name of so called "pirate metal"... I have no idea what the poster says but I'm sure you lot can work it out! We'll bring the party, you bring the vodka! Quest!”
Swedish power metal heroes Sabaton are coming back to the UK in 2016 and this time they're bringing Scotland's favourite heavy metal pirates, Alestorm.
Sabaton bassist Pär Sundström comments: "We felt that the last UK tour was not enough and since then we have been thinking of what we can do and talking to our friends in Alestorm we came up with the idea of this tour. When we hit the UK both bands will play a full set! And it‘s in good venues where we can bring more of our stage set than we could in the past. This will be awesome!"
They will also be supported by fellow Swedes, Bloodbound.
