ALICE IN CHAINS Frontman WILLIAM DUVALL Talks Producing And Directing Two Forthcoming Music Documentaries (Audio)

Alice In Chains vocalist William Duvall recently guested on Kansas City's rock radio station 98.9 The Rock, discussing the band's slot opening for Guns N' Roses and two documentaries currently in the works that he's producing and directing. Check out the complete interview below, where Duvall lays out the framework for All Alone Together: Neon Christ And Atlanta Hardcore - about the hardcore punk scene in Atlanta - and his other documentary focusing on jazz musician Milford Graves.
On June 22nd, the day before Alice In Chains opened for Guns N' Roses in Detroit, Duvall guested on 101 WRIF. He discussed the band's GN'R support dates, his new band Giraffe Tongue Orchestra, the first song he wrote for the Alice In Chains, his favorite song to play live, and whether there's new music in the works.

Alice In Chains has announced the second leg of their North American headlining tour, adding Austin, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Antonio and more to a run that begins with five arena shows with Guns N’ Roses on June 23rd. The tour includes a second New York City date on July 26th following the immediate sell-out of their July 25th show at the Beacon Theatre.
