ANTHRAX Drummer Charlie Benante - "We Have Enough Material For A Double Album" (Audio Interview)

The Metal Voice recently caught up with Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante, who in the audio interview below talks about Anthrax’s new DVD, Chile On Hell, the progress of the new Anthrax album, his musical influences growing up and if the band would ever consider doing an Anthrax Fest with all three current and former singers.

On the new album: "The new music coming out is so inspiring, I remember telling Scott (Ian) we had about 12 new songs and I told him, 'dude now the good stuff is coming out of me'. He’s like, 'really cause these 12 are awesome'. Nah wait until you hear the next batch. This new album I have been lucky enough to draw from the Worship Music experience and really build on that. If that record (Worship Music) was Zeppelin 4 then this new one new one is going to be like Physical Graffiti. We have enough material to have a double record."

On October 25th, Anthrax performed at Knotfest 2014 in San Bernardino, CA. During their set they performed a snippet of a brand new song. Check out the fan-filmed video below:
