On August 6th, Arch Enemy performed at Wacken Open Air in Germany. The show was captured for the band's next DVD / Blu-Ray/ live audio release. An interview with vocalist Alissa White-Gluz conducted prior to the show is available below, along with pro-shot video of the band's entire set.

On August 5th, Alissa White-Gluz made a guest appearance during ex-Nightwish singer Tarja Turunen's set, performing the song "Demons In You". Pro-shot footage is available below.

Alissa originally recorded guest vocals for the song which appears on Tarja's new album, The Shadow Self.

Arch Enemy unveiled their largest stage production to date at their performance at Wacken Open Air on August 6th, making the performance the pinnacle of a highly successful album campaign in support of War Eternal.

It all began in March of 2014 when the band announced new vocalist Alissa White-Gluz as well as the video for the album title track, "War Eternal". This debut track went on to become the band's most successful video in their career, reaching close to 20 million views on YouTube. The release of the War Eternal album also saw Arch Enemy reaching their highest US and German chart positions to date while going on to play over 200 shows in over 40 countries around the world. In late 2014, Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore) joined Arch Enemy during the world tour with Kreator and in 2015 they played arenas as direct support for Nightwish.

Though Wacken Open Air will not be the last time we see Arch Enemy supporting War Eternal live, it will be something that fans have never seen before!
