BATTLECROSS To Honour Veterans On The 2015 Winter Warriors Tour With HAVOK, NEKROGOBLIKON, BLACK FAST
November 10, 2015, 9 years ago
Battlecross will bring the second installment of The Winter Warriors Tour to limited Eastern US and Canadian markets in honour of American armed forces veterans again this year. Joining this thrash bash will be Havok, Nekrogoblikon and Black Fast, beginning in Pittsburgh on December 11th, with more dates to be announced. Tickets go on sale November 13th.
Battlecross has teamed up again with The Veterans Ticket Foundation to provide armed forces veterans with free admission to The Winter Warriors Tour. Service members can sign up at this location starting on November 17th. Advanced ticket buyers for these shows will again be entered to win a guitar, and a portion of the proceeds from the band's tour shirts will be donated to VetTix to help veterans and their families attend concerts and other events in their area, free of charge.
The Motor City thrashers will be honouring veterans all day on November 11th via their Twitter page, and fans are invited to submit their loved ones here.
Battlecross is out supporting Rise to Power, their latest Metal Blade release, which debuted on the Billboard charts in September at #103, marking the band's second Billboard chart entry (2013's War of Will entered the charts at #130). Currently on tour with GWAR, Battlecross is winding up 77 tour dates in Ft. Lauderdale on November 28th, before heading out on the Winter Warriors Tour.
