BOB DAISLEY Talks Joining RAINBOW In Hilarious Interview - “I Looked At It As A Stepping Stone, A Good Opportunity To Work With A Big Name Band”

Check out this interview piece with legendary bass player Bob Daisley (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Gary Moore, Uriah Heep) as he discusses how he joined Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow and what transpired throughout that incredible period in 1977/1978.

“Ritchie and I got on quite well together. I never rocked the boat. My head was down and got on with it as a professional musician. I looked at it as a stepping stone and a good opportunity to work with a big name band. Very professional, very disciplined which I loved and I learned a lot from it. At the and of the audition they said I had the gig if I wanted it and I said ‘I’ll think about it!’”
