On Tuesday, January 27th, musician, entrepreneur and philanthropist Bret Michaels returns to Detroit, Michigan bringing along his high octane live show as asked to perform a sold out NBA halftime concert during the Detroit Pistons vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game at the beautiful Palace Of Auburn Hills.
A sports fanatic since birth, Michaels is honored to bring his rock n’ roll party to the NBA, this pair of storied basketball franchises and their fans. “Around the NBA, both Pistons and Cavs teams in particular have an amazing amount of talent with a passionate, sports minded fanbase.” said Michaels, “The showdown between Pistons star Brandon Jennings vs Cavs star and MVP LeBron James is one for the ages and we are bringing the right mixture of rock n’ roll to help set the vibe”.
Bret Michaels, winner of the highest rated season of NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice is coming off of a highly successful year in 2014 where his Life Rocks tour played to sold out, record breaking audiences around the globe including a stop in Detroit in conjunction with Goodwill Of Greater Detroit’s Rock For Jobs initiative. Michaels has also personally donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Detroit area.
