BRIAN JOHNSON Meets With Wireless In-Ear Monitor Inventor, Tests New Technology - "Moved And Amazed"

Asius Technologies founder Stephen Ambrose recently issued an open message to Brian Johnson, “Please don’t stop performing, help is on the way.”

In an update, Ambrose said he was to meet with Brian earlier this month. “Happily, due to everyone's tremendous support, Brian and I spoke yesterday,” he stated. “What a gracious man; He and his wife Brenda invited me to visit them next week. If anyone deserves to benefit from my research - it's Brian - who has been giving incomparable performances for years despite increasing hearing loss. I'm going to do my utmost to see if our new hearing breakthroughs can help him, and If I am at all successful, I'm sure Brian will let everyone know; he really cares about people and would like to help. I am truly humbled and honoured to meet this man, and I wish to sincerely thank everyone who helped. Fingers crossed; please pray for our success next week.”

Ambrose is the inventor of the wireless in-ear monitors, a staple on concert stages around the world. He now has news for Brian Johnson about a new-and-improved version of the in-ear monitor, the Ambrose Diaphonic Ear Lens. He made improvements to the in-ear monitor in cooperation with the National Health Foundation and 64 Audio, who produced the video streaming below. He claims this could possibly help save Johnson’s career.

Brian Johnson issued the following statement after meeting with Ambrose:

"It WORKS. It just totally works and you can't argue with that. I was really moved and amazed to be able to hear music again like I haven't heard for several years now. I can't wait for it to be miniaturized so I can use it in every situation from normal communication, going out to noisy restaurants, to performing live music on stage."

Stay tuned for updates on Johnson's condition.

While packing out stadiums across Europe to rave reviews from critics and fans alike this summer, AC/DC have announced full details of their re-scheduled US tour dates. The AC/DC Rock Or Bust World Tour returns to America for ten final shows in August and September 2016. They are in Greensboro, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Columbus, Cleveland. Detroit, Buffalo, New York, Washington and Philadelphia. Original tickets will be honoured for all rescheduled dates, refunds are available at point of purchase.

AC/DC have played to over 4 million fans on the Rock Or Bust World Tour and the current lineup of Angus Young, Cliff Williams, Stevie Young, Chris Slade and Axl Rose are set to continue their global trek with a return, for the final leg, to the US.

Not for the first time last year, AC/DC were hailed as the biggest selling live act in the world when, sadly, vocalist Brian Johnson was forced to step down midway through the US tour after being advised by doctors that he risked total hearing loss if he continued to perform live. For the shows in Europe with Axl Rose on vocals, AC/DC have been surprising fans by including rarely played tunes from their formidable archive such as “Rock ‘N’ Roll Damnation”, “Riff Raff”, “Touch Too Much” and “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)”.

Angus Young commented: “This band has got a ton of energy and you’re going to see a fusion of all that terrific chemistry that we have felt ever since rehearsals in Lisbon. I want to get back out there onstage in the US with these guys so our audience can see and feel it too.”

The rescheduled Rock Or Bust US dates are:

August
27 - Greensboro, NC - Greensboro Coliseum
30 - Ft. Lauderdale, FL - BB&T Center

September
1 - Atlanta, GA - Phillips Arena
4 - Columbus, OH - Nationwide Arena
6 - Cleveland, OH - Quicken Loans Arena
9 - Detroit, MI - The Palace
11 - Buffalo, NY - First Niagara Center
14 - New York, NY - Madison Square Garden
17 - Washington, DC - Verizon Center
20 - Philadelphia, PA - Wells Fargo Center
