Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman, Corey Taylor, vaults 9-1 on Billboard's Hard Rock Songwriters chart (dated August 15), ruling for the first time thanks to two solo singles on the latest Hot Hard Rock Songs survey.

"CMFT Must Be Stopped", featuring Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie, debuts at #11 on Hot Hard Rock Songs with 645,000 US streams and 1,000 downloads sold in the tracking week, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. Taylor, Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie co-wrote the song.

Plus, Taylor's "Black Eyes Blue" ranks at #13 on Hot Hard Rock Songs. The track, which he solely wrote and co-produced with Jay Ruston, jumps from #21 in its second week.

Taylor also debuts at #7 on Hard Rock Producers. He ties with Ruston, as the pair co-produced both songs.

The track is accompanied by a DJay Brawner directed music video, which sees Taylor taking the CMFT championship belt, while friends such as Marilyn Manson, Lars Ulrich, Rob Halford, Chris Jericho, ZillaKami and more make cameo appearances. CMFT has been a long time coming for Taylor, with newly written tracks alongside some dating back to his teens. Recorded at Hideout Studio in Las Vegas, with producer Jay Ruston and his band - Christian Martucci (guitar), Zach Throne (guitar), Jason Christopher (bass), and Dustin Robert (drums) - the album traces a wild and exhilarating roadmap through Taylor’s musical psyche. "HWY 666" kicks off the album barreling ahead with a devilish twang, while "Silverfish" peels back the layers of Taylor’s songwriting as acoustic guitars build to a highwire balance of hooks and heft. An ominous bass line gives way to pummeling wah-ed out guitars on "Culture Head" and the moving piano-driven "Home" offers a raw glimpse at Taylor’s immense vocal range.
