CORRUPT LEADERS Release "Beaten Path" Official Studio Video

Canadian crust/grinders, Corrupt Leaders, have posted a high-quality studio video for the song "Beaten Path". The song is from their third EP, Grindmother, which comes out Tuesday, February 3rd.
The cover art for Grindmother was created by Varises Otak. The title of the EP is in reference to a video of the frontman's 66-year old Mother recording guest vocals, which went viral earlier this month, climbing past 150K views after being played on national television.
Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust), who mixed the EP at Audiosiege, was sure to include one of the Grindmother's actual screams into the final mix, right at the start of the first track, "Black Cloud". The EP was then mastered by Brad Boatright (From Ashes Rise) and cover art drawn up by Varises Otak.
Grindmother marks a sharp evolution in song writing and delivery for the band, who seem to be gravitating from crust to grind (their usual blackened vocals ala Extreme Noise Terror, Iskra and Dystopia are still present) with the intensity level increasingly blurring the line between punk and metal. In true grind fashion, the songs are between 30-45 seconds each!
