DAEMUSINEM Signs With Willowtip, New Album Due In October

Willowtip Records has announced a partnership with Italian death metal purveyors Daemusinem.
Based out of Torino, Italy and composed of members of Putridity, Daemusinem have been making sonic contributions to the death metal underground since 1999, with a style that is both barbaric and unrelentingly powerful.
Their latest release, Thy Ungodly Defiance - available October 20th in CD, LP, and Digital formats - is a concept album based on the story of Fra Dolcino, a heretic preacher who lived in northern Italy during the 13th century, and was tortured and burnt at the stake by the Inquisition.
"Thy Ungodly Defiance is a true testament of all things death metal, and an album that will stand the test of time after humanity’s inevitable extinction," says Daemusinem.
