Drum legend Dave Lombardo (Dead Cross, ex-Slayer) recently guested on Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta's official podcast, The Jasta Show. He offers his thoughts on passing of music icon David Bowie and former Slayer bandmate Jeff Hanneman. Check out the interview below.

Lombardo: "Bowie was the one that fucked with me bad. Because he left… he knew. Now, being an artist, it's, like, you know you're gonna die. What would you do? Record, record, record, record, record, put a package together. Okay, put this out at this time. Okay, put this out. He planned it out, and that's amazing. It's inspiring when you see somebody do it that way, but then it's very heartbreaking when you see someone like Jeff leave us at that age, and know the reason why, and doing everything you can in your power to help him get out of it, but it didn't work."

Suicidal Tendencies have posted the video below, featuring Lombardo. A caption reads: “Beating out today's sermon in the Church of Suicidal, the Godfather of double kick, Dave Lombardo! September 2016! You've been warned!!!”

Suicidal Tendencies are heading back to Europe for some festivals (including the band’s first ever show in Romania) and headline shows, and have released a trailer video, streaming below.

The band recently confirmed that Dave Lombardo will once again be behind the kit. Lombardo previously played drums for Suicidal Tendencies on their February/March tour with Megadeth.
