During 2011/12, legendary Deep Purple keyboardist Jon Lord finally had the opportunity to record his much loved Concerto For Group And Orchestra which took place over several sessions with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra both in Liverpool and at Abbey Road studios in London. This behind the scenes documentary piece gives us an up close and personal view of the man himself, and his brilliant musical legacy.
