Veteran rockers Tesla checked in with the following update during a stop in Tulsa, OK:

The guys in Def Leppard have always had a close camaraderie with Tesla since they met in Amsterdam back in 1987, and now for the first time ever the band is collaborating with guitarist Phil Collen writing a new single! Scheduled to go into the studio at the end of the month, the guys have wasted no time working on the new song by jamming in the dressing room and working out all their guitar parts and lyrics. Tentatively titled “Save that Goodness”, the new song has an upbeat catchy melody with positive lyrics that sound like classic Tesla despite being penned by Phil himself!

A message from the band: "Starting in 2016, Tesla has a few recorded surprises coming for y’all. This new song and the other recorded material is scheduled to be released for the February tour! Stay tuned! 

As the tour winds up in Wichita, Kansas for the last show, the past few weeks have been amazing including tonights show in Tulsa.

Def Leppard's inaugural fan cruise, Hysteria On The High Seas - a four-day, four-night voyage out of Miami this January 21st - 25th, aboard the MSC Divina - has announced a number of updates this week as the cruise is on the verge of selling out.

Cruise updates include: the additions of Frank Hannon (long-time Tesla guitarist) plus KIX; complimentary "on tour" photo with Def Leppard for all cruisers; Rick Allen's Art Exhibit aboard the ship; exclusive unveiling of Def Leppard's own craft beer; and two new payment options.
