Denmark’s PREVAIL To Release War Will Reign Album In October; Details Revealed

Prevail delivers groovy death metal directly from the darkest parts of Jutland, Denmark. The experienced 5-piece including former members of Svartsot is a relatively unknown quantity in the Danish metal scene.

Prevail have spent time developing the aggressive tone that is a the steppingstone for their debut album that has received the appropriate title, War Will Reign. The album is a tornado of leg crushing guitar riffs and technical ability. War Will Reign is an inferno of sound that takes no prisoners. There is no doubt that Prevail is "old school" but they are also a band that doesn’t shy away from great melodic choruses inspired the new and alternative metal genres that have gained tremendous popularity all over the world.

The production of the album is thick, chaotic and crystal clear and is recorded and mixed in the legendary Hansen Studios by Jonas Haagensen.

Lyrically, Prevail addresses topics and stories about the darker sides of the human mind, the question of war, pain, worldwide spread of disease, and generally the darkest corners of the human mentality.

They have already shared the stage with bands like Unearth, Ferocity, Corpus Mortale, Artillery, Illdisposed, Konkhra, One Machine and many others. Now Prevail are ready to stand on their own feet and convince the metal community that Denmark have a brand new metal warship that will resonate for several years.

The album will be released on October 15th and will be celebrated with two release parties respectively Von Hatten October 1st and Lygten St. October 15th.
