DESTRUCTION - Ripped Off In Russia, Stage Scrims Stolen

The touring bad luck continues for legendary German thrashers, Destruction, as someone stole a pair of pentagram/logo emblazoned scrims, which the band utilizes onstage. They have posted the following call for help: "We need some help from our Russian fans. Our stage banners got stolen. Some scumbag stole both of our sidedrops/scrim-flags from the stage after the show in Voronezh last night: April 8th (2x2m with the Skull/Pentagram motive, see picture below).
Pretty sure the asshole will brag to his friends about it. Report this bloody thief to us and we will give you a lifelong free entrance, plus meet and greet with the band, at any Destruction show worldwide, if we get the banners back! Please report here: heiko@nbtouring.com
This scum need to be caught - UNITED WE STAND!!!"

This incident occurs not quite a year after a Mexican promoter pull a gun on the band and hijack Mike Sifringer's prize guitar for ransom. Talk about luck!

Comments bassist/singer Schemer: "I had the vision of the exploding earth with the Destruction skull as continents before we even had the title. Never has the earth and every individual been so Under Attack: whether it’s environmental issues, wars or politics and media madness, we just destroy everything that we love! The cover brings together the classical concepts of the band’s history and fits in well with the discography… but unfortunately it also represents the current state of the world today!"
