DJ ASHBA Gets Tanked On Animal Planet; Video

SixxA:M. guitarist DJ Ashba was a guest on the Animal Planet show Tanked last night (October 24th). Tanked is a reality TV series following the operations of Acrylic Tank Manufacturing as they manufacture customized aquarium installations. Ashba had his tank themed after the Catacombs of Paris.
On October 17th Ashba performed "The Star-Spangled Banner" at The 2015 Monster Energy Cup in Nevada; video footage can be seen below.
“It’s a great honor to be asked to perform the National Anthem at Monster Energy Cup in Las Vegas,” said Ashba prior to his performance. He is regarded as one of today's top guitarists and songwriters, noted by his mastery in Sixx:A.M. which he formed in 2007 with vocalist James Michael and Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx. The band is currently working on two albums worth of material that will be sonically and thematically linked together. With both albums slated for a 2016 release, Sixx:A.M. will follow up with a world tour shortly after.
The 2015 Monster Energy Cup featured an all-new track design inspired by 5-time Monster Energy Supercross Champion Ricky Carmichael, consisting of supercross and motocross obstacles unlike any other racetrack design in the world.
