March 31, 2015, 9 years ago
Canadian epic doom acts Funeral Circle and Gatekeeper are teaming up to deliver a heavy metal wax split.
Vancouver’s Funeral Circle return with “Hades Triumphant” - the first new material since their 2013 self-titled debut which solidified them as one of the leading new acts of heavy doom. Hades Triumphant also is the Funeral Circle debut of the soaring Jean-Pierre Abboud on vocals, well known for his previous work in Borrowed Time.
Epic heavy traditionalists from Western Canada Gatekeeper come galloping forth with "Bell Of Tarantia", a monumental track blazing in metal glory, and as well the first new material since their Prophecy and Judgment LP in 2012.
Both tracks evidence bands on a relentless quest to progress and evolve, showcasing what many can easily consider the best work by both groups.
