HATEBREED – Final The Concrete Confessional Track-By-Track Streaming

The overall lyrical theme of reclaiming control of your own life couldn't be more apparent than on the final four songs of Hatebreed's The Concrete Confessional (Nuclear Blast Records).  The concept of making decisions based on what your gut tells you is right, as opposed to what politicians or musicians or actors or drugs or alcohol or just the general mainstream society tries to force-feed its citizens through ads and billboards and marketing, is the album's message.  Each in its own way, "The Apex Within," "Walking The Knife," "Dissonance," and the album's real-rocker-of-a-tune closer "Serve Your Masters," cuts through the noise right to the heart of what is real.

As Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta put it, "There is so much that is happening in the world today that is fucked up, and people are putting blinders on to it.  I just want to spark some new thoughts."

Check out the video track-by-track below:

The Concrete Confessional, Hatebreed’s newest album, has debuted at #13 on Billboard’s Top Current Albums chart. The album also is #2 on the Hard Rock Albums and Current Hard Rock Albums charts and #3 on the Top Independent Albums chart.

In the clip below, Jamey Jasta shares his thoughts on the notion of 'selling out' whilst at Impericon Festival, London:
