Heavy Prog Keyboardist JASON RUBENSTEIN Promoting New Metal From Old Boxes Album; "Walking On Hot Sand" Track Streaming

Jason Rubenstein, the Bay Area-based heavy prog composer and keyboard player continues to promote his release, New Metal From Old Boxes.
Rubenstein shares that he's "working on a new album for 2015, with a full band. Drums, bass, guitars. More heavy prog! We put together a track called "Walking on Hot Sand" (listen below). The recording features Jason Rubenstein on piano and keyboards; Steve Lawson on bass, bass effects and bass noises; Tom Hipskind on drums and percussion; Brian Kahanek on Moog guitar, mixing and mastering; Jill Kahanek on flute.
This summer, noted Italian bassist Daniele Sollo, asked Rubenstein to collaborate on compositions. They created an instrumental called "Left Turn".
