HETROERTZEN Sign With Listenable Records; New Album Due In Early 2017

Listenable Records has announced the signing of Hetroertzen, the black metal band formed in 1997 by Frater D. The group originated in Puerto Varas, Chile and by 2009 had relocated to Västerås, Sweden.

It was initially a solo project until Frater D. decided to make a band of it and so joins guitarist Åskväder the band in September 1999. During their first 10 years of existence, a couple of albums were recorded and a handful of gigs were performed in their homeland of Chile. Various lineup changes occurred
The band had a brief hiatus for various reasons, but in 2009 after resurfacing in Sweden and the city of Västerås, Hetroertzen released their first full-length album, Exaltation Of Wisdom, in 2010.

Released in December 2014, Ain Soph Aur is an ambitious release, pushing the barriers further and reaching a unique outcome. The band has undoubtedly honed their art and sounds more disciplined and focused. The theatrical vocals appear more haunting than ever, increasing the devilish mood that permeates through the record. This unique album has generated a lot of admiration in the music scene.

Hetroertzen toured the US for the first time in 2015, transferring their diabolical creation onto the stage. The band are working on a new album for an early 2017 release via Listenable.

Catch them live at Inferno Fest in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday, March 23rd.

Band lineup:

Frater D. - Drums
Åskväder - Guitar
