IRON MAIDEN Bassist STEVE HARRIS Reduces Price Of Historic Essex Home
July 19, 2016, 8 years ago
Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris is selling his nine-acre Essex estate in the UK for close to £4 million, more than 40 percent less than its original price, reports Billionaire.com.
A medieval country house, with parts dating back to 1427, has been the home of English heavy metal musician Steve Harris since the 1980s. It was first offered for sale by the bassist in late 2012 and was given a price cut from nearly £7 million to about £5 million last year.
After floating on the market for almost four years, the nine-acre property now sits at an even lower guide price of £3.95 million. The listing is managed by Hamptons International, a residential property company in the UK.
