On New Year's Eve, Alice Cooper's manager Shep Gordon held a benefit bash in Maui, Hawaii. Fan-filmed video below features Cooper along with his bassist Chuck Garric, Sammy Hagar, Iron Maiden guitarist Dave Murray, Michael McDonald and Pat Timmons performing "Revolution" (The Beatles) and "Ace Of Spades" (Motörhead).
Hagar posted the following message the next day:
"We didn't make it to Cabo in time for New Year's this year got stuck in Maui - ha ha! Stayed for a fundraiser with Alice Cooper, his bass player Chuck Garric, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons (Doobie Brothers), Hawaii's Willie K, Bob Rock and Dave Murray (Iron Maiden)!!! Quite the little jam for a few hundred special folks."
