IRON MAIDEN Singer BRUCE DICKINSON To Speak At 2016 Gold Awards In Scotland

Aviation specialist, master brewer and lead singer of one of the world’s most famous rock bands is making his debut as an after dinner speaker in Scotland at the 2016 Gold Awards in Aberdeen.

The Press And Journal has announced that Bruce Dickinson, lead singer of Iron Maiden and chairman of Cardiff Aviation, will be the event’s special guest, speaking to a select audience of 300 for the Gold Awards in September.

Damian Bates, editor-in-chief of the Press and Journal, said: “This is an unrivalled opportunity to hear from a genuine rock legend, who also happens to be a commercial pilot and a leader of economic regeneration in South Wales. Having secured Mr Dickinson’s services as an inspirational after dinner speaker, we believe the Gold Awards is now the hottest ticket in town – if not the country.

“We have designed this event to be a real tonic for the region, something that will help lift spirits in the face of what continued to be a challenging market. Table sales and remaining category sponsorships for the Gold Awards are set to fly off the shelves so you better move fast to ensure you get a chance to join us for this a historic first in Scotland.”
