Epic/folk metal band Atlas Pain have signed a deal with Bakerteam Records for the release of their debut album What The Oak Left. Combining elements of extreme, pagan/folk and symphonic metal with a cinematic approach, the band is able to handle a multitude of musical genres yet maintaining a very personal touch that makes them stand out in today’s crowded music scene.
What The Oak Left was recorded at Media Factory studio with Fabrizio Romani (Skylark) and mastered by Mika Jussila (Nightwish, Children Of Bodom) at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki, Finland. The beautiful artwork was made by Jan Örkki Yrlund of Darkgrove (Korpiklaani, Manowar).
"We are extremely happy to be able to work with one of the most important label reality of the current italian metal scene, the debut album couldn't have best launch!" - vocalist and guitarist Samuele states.
"We're so proud to publish our very first full length through an italian label, we cannot look forward to show you the result of this collaboration" - drummer Riccardo states.
